Screening, not certification
Keelvera is a screening aid, not legal, financial or compliance advice. Results can be wrong or incomplete. You remain responsible for your decisions and independent checks.
Who may use it
Do not use Keelvera for a sanctioned party or an entity established in Russia or Belarus. Do not publish results as accusations. Share only material you are authorised to process.
Your data
We keep customer data confidential and do not sell it. Access is limited to your organisation and authorised service staff where needed to operate the service or handle a request.
Pilot
The pilot is free for 60 days. Feedback may be used to improve Keelvera. Either side may end it at any time. At the end, you may request an export or deletion of your data.
Liability and law
To the extent permitted by law, total liability is capped at the fees paid in the last 12 months (EUR 0 during a free pilot). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Dutch law applies, with disputes heard by the courts of Amsterdam.
